This notice explains the personal information All Good People (AGP) may collect and how we use it. We keep this proportionate to a small community website.

Information we may collect
We may receive your name, email address, phone number and information you choose to share when you join, contact us or participate in the community. Stripe tells us when a contribution has been completed, but AGP does not receive or store your full card details. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device data.
How we use it
- to process your joining request and administer your membership;
- to invite you to the relevant WhatsApp community and interest groups;
- to send essential community information and respond to enquiries;
- to operate, protect and improve the website and community; and
- to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
We use personal information where it is needed to provide the community you asked to join, for our legitimate interests in running AGP, to comply with the law, or with your consent where consent is appropriate.
Who information is shared with
We share information only where necessary with services that help us operate AGP, including Stripe for payments, our website and communications providers, and WhatsApp/Meta for community groups. These providers operate under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
When you join a WhatsApp group, your profile name, phone number and anything you post may be visible to other group members. Please share only what you are comfortable making available within the group.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to administer membership, maintain appropriate records, resolve queries and meet legal obligations. We periodically review what we hold.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to provide, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You may leave a WhatsApp group at any time and can ask us to stop non-essential communications.
Cookies
AGP does not currently use advertising cookies. The website and its infrastructure may use essential technologies needed for security, performance and delivery. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.
