About AGP
All Good People is a community that brings people together across business, culture and life. By using this website or joining AGP, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to join.
Joining and contributions
AGP currently offers community membership following a one-off contribution made through Stripe. The minimum, suggested amount and amount you choose are shown at checkout. Stripe processes the payment securely; AGP does not store your full payment-card details.
Membership provides access to the private AGP community and relevant interest groups. It continues while AGP operates and while you follow these terms; it is not a guarantee that every group, feature or activity will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Community standards
AGP depends on trust. Members should be respectful, act lawfully, protect other people's privacy and avoid harassment, discrimination, spam, misleading promotion or misuse of the community. Commercial conversations are welcome when relevant and respectful, but AGP is not a list for unsolicited selling.
Changes, access and removal
We may change how the website or community operates as AGP develops. We may decline, pause or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect members, the community or the law. A member may leave at any time.
Payments and refunds
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly. Refund requests will be considered fairly in the circumstances and nothing in these terms affects rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Content and third parties
Members remain responsible for what they share. Views expressed by members are their own. Links, introductions and mentions of third parties are provided for convenience and do not amount to an endorsement or guarantee by AGP.
Liability
We aim to keep the website and community useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every statement, introduction or opportunity will be accurate or suitable. Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact AGP through our LinkedIn page if you have a question about them.
A practical note: AGP is built around useful, respectful participation. The spirit of these terms matters as much as the wording.
